As for my free time, I enjoy shopping for unique clothing pieces and keeping up with the fashion industry. Like many, I am also an avid watcher of TikTok and ‘dabble’ in creating my own videos.
As a first-generation college student, I am inspired to take advantage of the opportunities that are presented to me. It is essential for me to develop my career early on and surround myself with peers that can motivate me towards my success. For that reason, I joined Diverse Influencers as a Technology Fellow.
I am currently a freshman majoring in Biology at the Macaulay Honors College at City College. Although I am not sure what career path to pursue, I have found myself to be passionate about computer science and its applications in biology. In addition to Diverse Influencers, I work towards my career goals by attending various information sessions about research opportunities available on campus. I also work as a part time barista and enjoy watching animations and playing basketball in my spare time.
